POSITION: PROGRAMME OFFICER: Ethics and Ethical Leadership
LOCATION: 77 Mbaise Road, Owerri, Imo State.
CSAAE is an international non-profit organization that envisions a better Africa where all can find support and encouragement to work hard, live in dignity and feel proud to belong. The centre pursues its vision through three programs;
1. Socioeconomic program.
2. Advocacy program.
3. Ethics program.
DUTIES:
• Advocate for moral and social ethics.
• Advocate for business and professional ethics.
• Organize seminars and workshops on ethical leadership.
• Promote the need for a leadership by example.
• Provide leadership guidance and counselling to youths.
• Engage youths in leadership mentorship programs with proven ethical leaders.
• Organize ethical leadership trainings for leaders through the Effective Leaders Program(ELP)
• Organize capacity building trainings for business owners and professionals.
Eligibility
• Resident in Owerri/willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in any field.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have occupied leadership position(s) in the past.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be outspoken.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must possess good leadership skills.
• Good research skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
