PIND’S DIRECTOR OF  PROGRAMS, Dr. EFFIONG ESSIEN, PARTNERS WITH CSAAE TO CREATE PROSPERITY MODELS FOR POULTRY FARMERS IN THE NIGER DELTA

In a significant development, Dr. Effiong Essien, the Director of Programs at the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), has expressed his commitment to collaborate with the Centre for Social Awareness, Advocacy, and Ethics (CSAAE)  To create sustainable prosperity models for smallholder poultry farmers in the Niger Delta region.

Dr. Essien’s interest in this partnership is rooted in a shared vision to empower and uplift smallholder poultry farmers in the Niger Delta. The region has immense agricultural potential, and harnessing it can lead to economic growth, poverty reduction, and improved livelihoods for local communities.

This collaborative effort brings together the extensive experience and expertise of PIND in fostering development in the Niger Delta and CSAAE’s passion for human empowerment and sustainable agriculture. The project aims to develop practical models that address key challenges faced by smallholder poultry farmers, including access to resources, market opportunities, and sustainable farming practices.

Through this partnership, Dr. Essien, CSAAE, and their respective teams are poised to make a lasting impact on the lives of smallholder poultry farmers. By creating innovative prosperity models, they aim to unlock the potential of the agricultural sector, ensuring a brighter and more prosperous future for the Niger Delta’s rural communities.

As we look forward to the fruitful collaboration between PIND and CSAAE, we anticipate positive changes that will drive economic growth and uplift those who depend on poultry farming for their livelihoods. Together, they are set to pave the way for prosperity in the Niger Delta.
