The overarching goal of Digital Skilling and Employment Project is to reduce youth unemployment by equipping youths with the digital skills necessary to access gainful employment in the global digital economy.

The hybrid training module is a comprehensive approach, encompassing 2 days of in-person sessions at our DSEP Centers for direct interaction, complemented by 3 days of remote training. This balanced structure maximizes learning opportunities and ensures flexibility for trainees in their digital skills development journey
The remote training module is conducted entirely online, offering flexibility for participants who cannot attend our DSEP Centres in person. This format enables accessibility and accommodates diverse learners in acquiring valuable digital skills
Masterclass Trainings will be conducted through established digital learning platforms such as Google, Coursera, Udemy, etc. Dedicated facilitators will offer guidance and supervision, ensuring participants receive high-quality, specialized instruction in their chosen digital skill areas
The Accelerated Boot Camp Training is designed for universities, unions, and organized bodies, providing short-duration crash programs to rapidly enhance participants’ digital skills. This intensive training approach caters to specific groups, ensuring a focused and efficient learning experience
