In a dedicated effort to foster growth and success within the poultry industry, Mr. Ekene Agu, a seasoned Poultry Value Chain Officer (PVC) at the Center for Social Awareness, Advocacy, and Ethics (CSAAE), recently conducted a mentorship and monitoring visit. This visit was specifically aimed at supporting and guiding one of our Poultry Service Providers PSP Ofoegbu Stephen, who operates his farm, Vincent’s Farm in Nekede.
At Vincent’s Farm, a hub of poultry excellence, Mr. Ofoegbu Stephen currently manages a stock of 1000 broiler birds at the impressive age of three weeks. The mentorship session, enriched by Mr. Ekene Agu’s wealth of experience, delved into topics ranging from optimal poultry health practices to strategic business management.
This hands-on visit not only facilitated knowledge exchange but also allowed for real-time monitoring of the flock’s well-being and the overall farm operations.
