CSAAE recently organized the 11th Effective Leaders Foundation Conference, marking the initiation of the 2024 Network of Effective Leaders (NEAL) Immersion Year cohort. This transformative six-month training aims to mold aspiring leaders before officially identifying them as NEAL members.
