Raynal has a B. Tech Degree in Information Mgt. Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and has been in the development sector for more than 8 years now.
He has worked in several donor funded projects of USAID, USCDC, Ford Foundation etc.
He has also worked with reputable organizations like FHI 360, WEWE, Caritas Nigeria, Forward Africa etc.
Raynal is a specialist in the Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) program which cut across program areas of Health, Nutrition, House Economic Strengthening, Adolescent and women empowerment, Gender Issues, Education for the less privilege, vocational skill training for adolescent boys and girls.
He has coordinated program activities geared towards Viral Load suppression amongst ART patients, Index cases findings, stigma and discrimination eradication in Imo state for ART patients.
He is also a professional web developer, administrator and blogger with sound knowledge of Oracle 11g database administration, Computer Networking and General computer maintenance etc.
