Project Officer

Ololade Omotola is a Civil Engineering (HND) graduate from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti,
Ekiti State who is passionate about solving problems. He has gained extensive experience and
expertise in development projects, working with various stakeholders such as government
agencies, donors, local NGOs, and community groups. He excels in project development, capacity
building, and program activities related to agriculture and microfinance. His technical expertise in
connecting businesses to funding is complemented by his skills in program implementation,
compliance, monitoring, and evaluation. He is an exceptional program and strategy manager,
capable of seamlessly transitioning between different managerial roles. He is an active and
empathetic listener, with a strong passion for social work.
Ololade has 12+ years of experience working as a Personal Assistant, Monitoring and Evaluation
Manager, Data Analyst for organizations on Aquaculture, Poultry Sectors & Business Linkages
Initiative (BLI).

His ability to identify and train farmers, establish linkages with financial
institutions, and solve market challenges showcases his expertise in driving impactful development
initiatives. He has trained and connected over 70,000 farmers to financial institutions for grants
and loans worth over 4Billion Naira.
With training and certifications, Ololade has expertise in Project Management, Public Research,
Negotiation, Data Analysis, and Business Plan/Proposal Writing. He looks forward to using data
to harness opportunities that would bring great development to the Agricultural sector in Nigeria.
In his leisure time he loves playing musical instruments, traveling/driving, reading, and meeting
new people.
