Ekwonu C. Francisca is a biomedical scientist who obtained her degree in Medical Laboratory Science from University of Jos, Nigeria.
She has several years of experience working in the social development sector, facilitating projects and programs across health, education, economic empowerment and sustainability, entrepreneurship, livelihood support, good governance, human rights, climate-smart agriculture, etc. As an individual, she is committed to the socioeconomic development of Nigeria, and Africa at large.
She has a strong capacity to lead teams, influence and collaborate with fellow youths to achieve success; ability to work efficiently with key actors from various sectors; demonstrated ability to consistently monitor project formulation and implementation to ensure that goals are met. In addition, she possesses critical analytical skills, able to identify issues, and provide prompt and effective solutions.
Francisca is passionate about the economic inclusion of women and girls, and mentors several young females on sustainable economic paths.
