If you are passionate about good governance, rule of law, anticorruption and human rights, this fellowship may be for you.

YEAP (Youth Ethics & Anticorruption Program) raises the consciousness of young people to the importance of ethics and integrity, good governance, rule of law, anticorruption and respect for human rights towards development.

YEAP Fellow will be part of our vibrant YEAP team. He will be trained and provided with the necessary tools to help drive our annual:

Youth Ethics Debate – YED

Youth Ethics Quiz – YEQ

Youth Ethics Essay Competition – YEEC

The Incorruptible Youth Award – IYA 

These contests are designed to promote ethics and integrity, rule of law, good governance, anticorruption and respect for human rights through positive re-enforcements.

The Fellow will also be required to support YEAP blog and play leadership role in YEAN (Youth Ethics & Anticorruption Network). 

Benefits:

  • Master’s degree scholarship – Tuition only
  • Monthly stipend for data, transportation, etc.
  • High chance of employment at the Centre after graduation 

Eligibility:

  • Full-time master’s degree student in any Nigerian public university preferably first-year student.
  • Must be resident in Nigeria, preferably in Imo State.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have a laptop and a smartphone.
  • Law, philosophy, psychology, theology, communication, education, linguistics, theatre arts or other liberal arts students are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be a fertile mind, an innovative and radical thinker.

  1. C-HUB Manager: Full Time

C-HUB is a subsidiary of CSAAE dedicated to helping people build great careers and businesses.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, design and offer trainings, services and products that enhance career growth.
  • Initiate, design and offer trainings, services and products that enhance business growth.
  • Initiate, design and offer trainings, services and products that enhance educational growth.
  • Initiate, design and offer trainings, services and products that enhance workplace ethics.
  • Initiate, design and offer trainings, services and products that enhance leadership skills.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must:

  • Be innovative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or allied courses.
  • Have significant experience in business management.
  • Have strong online presence and can use online tools to promote trainings, services and products.
  • Be resident in Owerri or ready to relocate to Owerri immediately.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to use the computer to accomplish tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft office especially Excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint as well as remote working tools such as zoom.

  • Office Assistant and Bookkeeper: Full Time

The Office Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Centre and keeps record of all income and expenses.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Procures office needs.
  • Ensures that the head office is neat.
  • Tracks employee attendance.
  • Pays bills, rents, salaries other employee benefits.
  • Ensures that the Centre is in good standing with regulatory and professional agencies.
  • Assists the ED, Director of Programs and MEC Officer as needed.
  • Organizes staff and board meetings and takes notes.
  • Responsible for the Centre’s main phone line.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must:

  • Be innovative, smart, self-motivated, and pro-active.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, management or allied courses.
  • Have some experience in book-keeping and office management.
  • Be resident in Owerri or ready to relocate immediately.
  • Have strong online presence.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be able to use the computer to accomplish tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft office especially Excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint as well as remote working tools such as zoom.

3.           Media Manager: Full Time or Part Time

The media manager uses social and mainstream media to promote the programs and activities of the Centre.

Core duties:

  • Manages the Centre’s main social media handles and grows following.
  • Develops social media contents and makes daily posts.
  • Develops contents for the website and ensures that the website is updated.
  • Manages the Centre’s email marketing and sends monthly emails to clients and fans.
  • Manages the Centre’s YouTube.
  • Produces publicity materials for the Centre including graphics, videos and blogs
  • Markets CSAAE products on social media
  • Ensures that the public image of CSAAE is excellent.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a content developer or blogger.
  • Must be conversant with email marketing.
  • Must be conversant with WordPress and can-do basic posts on website.
  • Must have significant experience in digital marketing.
  • Must know how to use FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Must be resident in Owerri.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to use media tools such as video and still camera.
  • Must have basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing

Work Hours:
