SWAMI is a mentoring platform that helps young people connect with professionals one-on-one to guide them on specific career and professional development challenges. Mentors are selected from across the world based on their knowledge and expertise on issues of interest to young people. SWAMI is a structured mentoring. The mentee must have a specific target or goal that he or she plans to meet. The mentor works with the mentee within a set timeframe to achieve the goal
