The Center for Social Awareness, Advocacy, and Ethics (CSAAE) has once again made significant strides in promoting ethical practices in Nigeria’s real estate industry through its August edition of the Ethics Compass online webinar. Themed “Nigerian Realtors and the Code of Professional Ethics,” the event attracted over 365 participants across Facebook and other social media platforms.
Featuring distinguished speakers like Rejoice Alabi, Esq., Director of Admin/Operations at PWAN PLUS LTD, Victory Oaikena, Esq, Property Consultant/Legal Adviser at Casa Victoria, and Rev. Fr. Dr. Godswill Agbagwa, Executive Director of CSAAE, the webinar addressed pressing ethical challenges facing the country’s real estate sector. These experts shared deep insights into the importance of upholding professional standards and integrity in real estate transactions.
Realtors were guided through critical discussions on ethical codes that govern their profession, emphasizing the role of transparency, fairness, and accountability in building client trust. Participants gained valuable strategies to elevate their practices, protect clients’ interests, and foster long-term success in the industry.
