CSAAE Ends 2024 on a High Note with Reflective and Strategic Year-End Retreat

The Center for Social Awareness, Advocacy, and Ethics -CSAAE recently hosted a productive two-day retreat on December 19th and 20th, marking the close of the year 2024. The retreat was a valuable time for staff to reflect on their accomplishments, assess the organization’s progress, and collaborate on strategies for improvement in the year ahead.

The retreat kicked off with a detailed review of the major activities and milestones of the year, allowing the team to celebrate successes and assess areas for growth. This was followed by a collaborative brainstorming session where staff shared ideas to enhance the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness in the upcoming year.

Rev. Fr. Dr. Godswill Agbagwa, the Founder and Executive Director, took the opportunity during the retreat to express his gratitude to the staff for their dedication and hard work. He also presented a detailed roadmap for the upcoming year, highlighting key strategic goals and stressing the importance of collaboration, focus, and ongoing improvement. Additionally, Fr. Godswill warmly welcomed new staff members, acknowledging their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm as a valuable addition to the team.

The retreat was further enriched by the presence of Rev. Fr. Jude Ike, a member of the Board of Directors, who praised the staff for their immense contributions. He also challenged them to remain focused and committed, acknowledging the positive impact of their work.

Held in the serene environment of The Links Hotel Owerri, this retreat was a fitting close to a successful year and a rejuvenating start to what promises to be an even more impactful year ahead for CSAAE.
