Blessing Clement has education in Master’s in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies, B.A Languages and Linguistics, course in MEALDPro, PMDPro, Project Development, data collection and Evaluation processes from Nigerian universities, and online courses. She has relevant years of experience in diverse social development and humanitarian sectors.

She specializes in development planning, Monitoring Accountability Research and Learning, Data Collection and Analysis, and Institutional development, with a focus on accountability, learning, and program sustainability issues, particularly in sectors of SOCIO-ECONOMICS: Health, Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, Environment, Youth and Women Empowerment, Gender mainstreaming, ADVOCACY: Anti-Corruption, Rule of Law, Human Rights, Good Governance, ETHICS: Business Ethics, Ethical Leadership, Professional Ethics, Ethics Compass.

She has worked in Borno state (Banki, Pulka, Gwoza, MMC, Kaga, Askira-Uba, Magumeri) in the South Eastern parts of Nigeria and overseas such as (India and USA (remotely)), as well as other similar development sectors. She has been facilitating Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation systems and evaluating the impacts of projects for synthesizing lessons and empowering organizations with a knowledge management culture.

 In addition, she also specializes in engaging with diverse stakeholders through workshops and exercises, for generating lessons related to projects, and organizations for states and stakeholders.

As part of her experiences, she has worked for both donor-funded projects (UNICEF, WFP, NHF, PIND, COCA-COLA) and organization self-funded such as CSAAE, GLOBACOM, AHSF, BOSPHCA, SPARE PROVIDER, EXCELERATE and other similar organizations. She is committed to enhancing program effectiveness, accountability, and inclusion. She is leveraging her expertise in CSAAE by Monitoring project and staff activities, writing reports, contributing to proposal writing, and Logframe for all 18 Initiatives, amongst other M&E systems.

She is proficient in English, Yoruba, and a bit of French and Hausa language. She has taken time to engage herself in relevant courses to enhance her skill for proficiency. She is familiar with relevant statistical software for Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis for report writing Such as Excel, MAXQDA, Kobo, Epi info, amongst others, and she is eager to learn more.
