Darlington Uche Chima is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri. He is a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a Community Immunity Ambassador in Ending the Spread of COVID 19, Certified by the Mohammed Bin Rashid University (MBRU) UAE.

He has also obtained several Certifications from Cornerstone On-Demand Foundation, Business Continuity Planning for Microfinance Banks Training & Capacity Development Certificate, 2021, by AFOS Foundation, German funded 2021, etc.

Darlington is an experienced Banker with over 17 years, and have served in various capacities including Internal Control, Compliance, Human Resources and Administration. He is a good Leader, Team player, Facilitator and Trainer, and a Job Placement Officer with CSAAE C-Jobs Services.
