Three months training on the articles of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria aimed at helping future Nigerian leaders understand the supreme law of the land. Emerging leaders analyzed each article for relevance and whether or not the they are enforced and enforceable. They are also proffered solutions on how to facilitate respect for the rule of law in Nigeria
