We must continue to eat to survive. Those who produce the food we eat are therefore the most important people on earth. They can never go out of business. Here are some poultry farmers in Aba. On the 7th of September, they gathered to learn more about vaccination.
CSAAE helped to facilitate this training. Recall that last year, PIND awarded CSAAE a grant to support poultry farmers in Imo and Delta States. We supported about 4,000 poultry farmers.
Having done a great job, PIND renewed that grant in 2022 and expanded it to the 9 Niger Delta States.
Poultry farming is big business. The demand for poultry products is growing. Nigeria is still importing chicken, eggs and other poultry products.
