Effective Leaders Program (ELP) Coordinator
Duru, Kizito Chukwuebuka is the Coordinator of the Effective Leaders Program (ELP) for CSAAE. A graduate of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering with specialty in Ceramics and Corrosion Engineering from FUTO, Chukwuebuka is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers.
He did his internship in Armed Forces Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (AFEME) workshop (2016 and 2017), W-Steel Structures (2018) anda Facility Engineering Intern at Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Limited (2018)as the only person with Materials Engineering background in the Facility Engineering Department, he was charged with Supply Chain Management and contributed to Materials and Corrosion solutions.
Kizito was the assistant ELP Coordinator (2018-2019) of CSAAE and Administrative Assistant (2019-2020). CSAAE has a special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC and representative of African CSOs at the World Bank/ IMF Civil Society Policy Forum working group (2018-2020) and Kizito was tasked with interacting and engaging CSO’s in Nigeria amongst other duties.
Kizito is also a graduate of CSAAE’s Effective Leaders Program, a 3-year training where he majored in Ethical Political Leadership, during which he and ThankGodAkpa another Nigerian compiled a book on the 2018 Discussion of Effective Leaders on UN Human Rights which was published in November 2018.
A certified Public Relations Expert by Brentwood Open Learning College, a Biogas Consultant, the Co-founder and General Manager of Innovative Snail Farms and a Student of Business Management and Supply Chain Management.
His passion for volunteerism allowed him the opportunity to become an International Volunteer for the United Nations, a Logistics Volunteer for TEDxSuleja, the External Publicity Chair for the After SchoolWhat’s Next? Planning Committee.Kizito was a Fellow of CSAAE. He is a Catholic, a Poet, has a deepinterest in Civil Law and enjoys reading, traveling, movies and indoor games.

Anasthesia Nwankwo is the Administrative Assistant at CSAAE. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Imo State.Â
Ifeoma Oronsaye
Ifeoma Oronsaye is the manager of Career Building and Entrepreneurship Program (CBEP) at CSAAE. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri. She has worked in University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) and Imo Specialist Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. She is married and they are blessed with a child.
John Joel Bauna
John Joel Bauna is a native of Tula in Kaltungo LGA of Gombe state, Nigeria. A graduate of Biochemistry from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and currently a post graduate student studying Nutrition at the master’s level in the same institution.Â
Davidson Nwaonu
Davidson Nwaonu is the manager of Career Building and Enterpreneurship Program at CSAAE. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Benin. He is a product of CSAAE’s Effective Leaders Program (ELP) and currently a member of the Centre’s Network of Effective African Leaders (NEAL).
Chiazor Evans Nwankwo
 Chiazor Evans Nwankwo is a graduate of computer science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.She is system analyst who has cognitive flair for Resource Mobilization, Marketing and Business Development.She has successfully worked for these organizations and they have benefited immensely from her skills, they include;

At CSAAE, Chiazor takes a lead in identifying fundraising opportunities and matching them with program needs of the centre. She is
accountable for reaching fundraising targets, ensuring development and timely submission of proposals, build a long-term partners and enhance CSAAE credibility and brand. She also serves as centre liaison in FCT to streamline operations and handle public communications.
She is married with kids.

Roseline Reuben is from the Missionary Sisters of Divine Providence (MSDP). She has a Higher National Degree (HND), in Mass Communication from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Courage University, Republic of Benin in 2000 and 2018 respectively.Â
