We need you to manage our new head office in the heart of Owerri.
The Office Manager:
- Ensures that the office is running smoothly.
- Procures office needs
- Tracks inflow and outflow.
- Pays payables.
- Manages subscriptions
- Ensures that the Centre is in good standing with the government, professional bodies and financial institutions.
- Attends to the day-to-day needs of employees.
Etc.
Eligibilty:
Must be resident in Owerri.
Must have some administrative experience.
Must have some accounting experience.
Must know how to use accounting softwares such as SAGE.
Must be healthy, young and free to work.
Must know his or her way around Owerri.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be a good negotiator.
