Upon completion of the ELP mentoring programme, Davidson was promoted to the Network of Effective African Leaders (NEAL), a community of young people within CSAAE committed to the common good of Africa and saddled with the goal of taking over the leadership of Africa for good.

His academic excellence meritoriously earned him a four year full scholarship support from CSAAE which saw him through undergraduate studies.

In 2018, he worked as a postgraduate fellow at the Centre where he interned with the Youth Ethics and Anti-Corruption Programme (YEAP).

Mr. Nwaonu is an alumnus of the MIT Impact Labs and a recipient of the Commonwealth Open Source Leadership Badge. He is a political enthusiast and has bagged numerous awards for serving in various capacities within and outside the campus.

Davidson is passionate about ethical and inspirational leadership and is committed to using his skills and experience to promote ethics and anti-corruption.

At the Centre, Davidson will work as the Manager, Youth Ethics and Anti-Corruption Programme (YEAP), where he will drive innovation to raise the consciousness of youths to the importance of good governance, transparency, accountability, rule of law and respect for human rights while working with them to fight corruption hindering development in Africa.
