CSAAE Business Linkage for Imo Women

Call for Participation

To mark the 2020 International Women’s Day (IWD), CSAAE is organizing a business linkage event to link young Imo mompreneurs to potential clients and large buyers. The business linkage gives small and medium enterprise owners opportunities to showcase their products and services before large buyers.

Center for Social Awareness Advocacy and Ethics (CSAAE) is a non-profit social enterprise dedicated to harnessing the potential of young people and helping them build capacities, competencies, and character necessary to sustain themselves, create opportunities that help others sustain themselves and embrace their roles as critical actors in building a better Africa.

We pay special attention to women, who are ranked among the poorest in the world, and have special programs designed to empower girls, young moms and emerging female leaders. Here in Imo, we have the Young Imo Mompreneurs Initiative (YIMI), an economic empowerment program that helps young Imo mothers develop businesses to sustain their families and create opportunities to help others sustain themselves. Application to participate in the business linkage is currently on and the Centre is accepting submissions from interested women who have initiated businesses in different areas especially in Agriculture, Catering, Fashion designing, Hair Products, Cosmetology, etc.
