Position: Manager, Career Building and Entrepreneurship Program (CBEP)
Primary Location: Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria

We are searching for an experienced program manager to lead our Career Building and Entrepreneurship Program. CBEP advances quality education and access to primary healthcare; fosters entrepreneurship and facilitates job creation.
Specific Job Responsibilities
The CBEP Manager:

  1. Designs interventions that:
    i. Support enterprise development (especially MSMEs), in various areas of the economy including agriculture, digital economy, renewable energy, etc.
    ii. Advance access to quality, affordable and inclusive primary and secondary education through the provision of education infrastructures, instructional and learning materials.
    iii. Create jobs and employment opportunities for youths.
    iv. Advance access to quality, inclusive and affordable primary healthcare through the provision of healthcare infrastructures and health insurance; diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic resources.
  2. Writes and secures grants for the implementation of the interventions.
  3. Supervises the implementation of the interventions.
  4. Writes and submits intervention completion reports.
    Eligibility:
    • Must be willing to work at our Owerri office.
    • Must be willing to work at our Abuja and Lagos offices as needed.
    • Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalence in areas relevant to the program.
    • Must have substantial project development and management experience in entrepreneurship, education, and healthcare.
    • Must have evidence of strong grant writing and resource mobilization skills.
    • Must be available to lead the program for at least two years.
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
