Meet Anasthesia Nwankwo

Anasthesia-Nwankwo

Anasthesia Nwankwo is the Administrative Assistant for the Centre for Social Awareness, Advocacy and Ethics (CSAAE). She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Imo State.

She served with Zenith Bank (Nigeria) Plc, Nsukka, Enugu State from 2009 – 2010. Afterwards, she proceeded for her Master’s degree program in Project Management, also from her Alma mater (FUTO).  Afterwards, she was offered employment with the Associated Bus Company (ABC Transport Plc) as a Frontline Transport Officer (2013 – 2018), following the due process of recruitment exercise with series of tests and interviews.

Meanwhile, as part of her Community Development Service during the one-year NYSC program, she was a Peer Educator where she mentored about thirty teenage girls at St. Cyprian’s Girls Secondary School, Nsukka; on Reproductive Health and Sex Education.

At this time, she realized that she could be very good at mentoring the young. But the opportunity never came afterward until November, 2019, when she saw the position with a job description of Administrative Assistant being advertised on social media by CSAAE.

Having gained experience in the Banking sector where she performed her NYSC primary assignment as a retail marketer and customer relationship manager; the Logistics sector where she gained knowledge in accounting, administration and customer service; and the Development Sector as a Peer Educator, she strongly believes in her adroitness in coordination and administration, as well as her interpersonal communication skill.

This intrigued her interest to apply for the job advertised by CSAAE which she was eventually successful. This is why she is the Administrative Assistant at CSAAE, seeing to the effective operations of the Centre.
