THE RATIONALE BEHIND THE CREATION OF C-STATE

As CSAAE expands across the 36 states of the federation, the need for a nucleated group, enhancing peer support and ethical fortification arises. It was this need that informed the creation of C-state chapters. The idea is to converge all persons with affiliation to the Centre, within a state, to fraternize, organize and support each other in sustaining impact and accomplishing the Centre’s vision.

Eligibility and entitlement are as follows:

Membership:
Anyone participating in any of the following CSAAE programs and projects is automatically a member of C-State:
1. Emerging African Leaders Program (ELP).
2. Network of Effective African Leaders (NEAL).
3. CSAAE Associates (C-Associates): These include:
a. Ex- Emerging or Effective African Leader
b. Employee, partner or volunteer at CSAAE and its affiliates
c. Participant at paid C-Edu program
d. Participant at paid C-Job program
e. Participant at paid C-Enterprise program
f. Participant at paid CBEP Boot Camp
g. Incorruptible Nigerian Youth Award Recipient
h. YEAP Ethics Essay Competition Winner
i. YEAP Ethics Debate Winner
j. YEAP Ethics Champion
k. Mompreneur
l. Participant at a paid CSAAE and its affiliates events

Benefits to members are as follows:

  1. Free or discounted participation at paid CSAAE and its affiliates’ events.
  2. Priority consideration for job at CSAAE and its affiliates
  3. Priority consideration for internships at CSAAE and its affiliates
  4. Scholarship opportunities at CSAAE and its affiliates
